Dovecote Ranch and Estate Winery is home to the famed Thompson Vineyard and is dedicated to growing and crafting wines that allow the beauty and character of the land to speak through them.
The 30-year old own-rooted vines and sandy-limestone soils produce small quantities of intensely concentrated cool-climate Rhône fruit that are highly sought after by California’s top winemakers. The daily marine influence slows and extends ripening for uncommon complexity and grace.
